"Every new day when I mediate I learn something new, because of course everyone always makes mistakes, and you learn from mistakes.
Before when I was a not a mediator yet, I did not know how to solve any problems, so when there was a problem I would have to ask my teacher to help me. But now that I'm a mediator, it's pretty easy and I can just say, 'Well, stay calm, this is just a small problem, and I can fix it.'"
