We all deal with conflict on daily basis. Very often, conflict that takes place in the classroom ends up affecting everyone in the class community.
In this video, a teacher in our 4Rs Program (Reading, Writing, Respect & Resolution) uses an approach for solving classroom problems developed by William Kreidler, called ABCDE Problem Solving.
Watch as the teacher guides her class through the basic steps of ABCDE:
- Ask, What's the problem?
- Brainstorm solution.
- Choose one.
- Do it!
- Evaluate.
