We are available to work in your school!

New 4Rs research project wins grant

We are thrilled to report that a major scientific evaluation of our 4Rs Program is now in the works. (For more information about the 4Rs, click here.)

Undertaking the study is the same wonderful team that led the RCCP evaluation several years ago: Larry Aber, Josh Brown, and Stephanie Jones. Our 4Rs study was one of only seven chosen for funding by the U.S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, in a competitive field of over 80 proposals. The grant is for $2.4 million over five years.

The study will examine the impact of The 4Rs Program on teachers and school climate. In addition to this research, the grant will pay for Morningside Center to implement The 4Rs school-wide in five schools for three consecutitve years.

We are very excited to be able to contribute to research in our field, to put our program to the test, and to work again with the talented team that conducted the highly successful RCCP study. We’ll keep you posted on the study’s progress.
